Digital ouput problem

Hello Deep, Can you tell me Which Module you have? all the Output are not getting 24VDC ? is LED is getting On on the Module ? What is the Status in the Variable Table? Have you given the 24VDC & M as per Module Diagarm.

First of all, please tell me howmany Power supply in panel? If more then one please make sure that +24V Point and M point are not of different power supply in Do module wiring? I hope you getting what i mean to say. Please check the same and let me know.
