Hi I suggest you to download a very usefull ".exe" file from http://siemens.siprotec.de/download_neu/index_e.htm that updates your Digsi 4.83 to Digsi 4.84 (701MB, Free). This file Updates both program and drivers and for sure will solve your problem and finally you will have the latest version of Digsi on your PC. this may take 10-15 min. (depending on your computer) |

Hi Seeker Thanks for the link, but this version is not compatible to the Simatic 5.4 SP5. @Insausti On this document, at page 9 you can see the compatibility list between Simatic and Digsi. http://siemens.siprotec.de/download_neu/software/DIGSI_4/DIGSI_4.84/Product_Information_DIGSI_V4_84.pdf Digsi 4.83 is compatible with Step7 5.4 SP4 Digsi 4.84 (recommended by Seeker) is compatible with Step7 5.5 I would recommend the last option, since you will have the latest sofware version and it is possible to use your actual project. Normally you cannot open projects with older software version, so I wouldn't recommend "downgrading" to Step7 5.4 SP4. To download Digsi 4.84 (you must have purchased a valid license, otherwise it will run for 30 days in Demo mode) go to www.siprotec.com, click on Software then Digsi 4. Here's a direct link: http://siemens.siprotec.de/download_neu/software/DIGSI_4/DIGSI_4.84/Digsi_V4.84_Download.zip Mike |
