Driver and simple servo engine for connecting to a S7-1200 cpu from siemens

Hello what drive and servo (+-4 nm ) can I taketo go to a certain position. And Is this compatible withmy Simatic cpu 1212c and ktp-400 panel. My hardware: Simatic S7-1200 "6ES7 212-1BE31-0XB0" KTP400 Basic color PN "6AV6 647-0AK11-3AX0" I need also theencoder for reading the position of the axis servo engine. So that I can make a button and then program the buttonin the hmi to make 5 rotations of 360 degrees left and then also a buttonto go to the home position and also the velocity (speed).......
