Encoder actual Position value r479 & r482 do not have any reset option like in Matersdrives

For that we use counts from encoders i.e. encoder actual position value parameter no. r479 or r482of sinamics drive. But this parameters do not have any reset option like in masterdrive. Regards Bist

OPeter Posts: 39 Rating: (0)	I think I can help you, but it needs some more informations on what you want to do. Basically, you cannot set or reset the position counter like in other apps. But you can take this value (r482), read it into DCC and get it set/reset there as you like it. For the latter I'd have a solution in DCC (for linear movement, for rotary movement). My solution also takes an overrun of r482 into account (which happens in both cases). let me know Xiaotang

Just be sure to reconnect the speed controller (P1160 back to a 0) and set monitoring to large values So the drive is still a speed controller with EPOS - "not connected"
