Encoder Adjustment block get stuck at status 16#8001

Did you manage to resolve this? I'm having the same problem and as you have tried both the Encoder Adjustment FB 38000 and the Homing FB 38001.   The Encoder Adjustment block seems to get stuck at status 16#8001

I've seen a few different solutions to similar problems posted in these forums.  Did you search, find them, try them, and still no success?

Firmware update seemed to be the most helpful solution (in general).

After that, making sure the encoder was an absolute encoder, which might require factory reset after firmware update, followed by recommissioning to fully resolve.

Or course, I am merely going off memory and repeating what I recall reading in these forums, so you need to do your own work to search the forums and verify the correct solution to your specific problem.

The drives are only a few weeks old so, although at the moment I can't verify the firmware version, I believe them to be up to the latest release.  The Encoders remember fine when taught through V-Assistant.  But I'm trying to find a more convenient  method for the end user to commission the application.  I doubt I have tried all the methods in the forum but have researched many.   But thanks for your suggestions I will keep trying.
