Cronos_zeus Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	hi yesterday our rafamet kch160N with sinumerik 840d start with : error about battery and stuck in the startup menu with error "2001 : AP n'a pas eu lier', and error 6030, 4060, 2101, 2102. and the touch of sinumerik are changing bitween on and off. i get the errosr showed in pics attached in the message for information : - i don't have software ton config the 840d all backup files are saved in an internal hard disk, - i have all keys and password (even constructor pass) ps : soory for my english Attachment IMG_1094.JPG (405 Downloads)

Error looks to be like PLC has not started up....try clear your clear your PLC and load the backup you need to check why PLC has gone to stop mode witht the help of Simatic Step7 tool.... try clear your PLC and load the back up and check.... Cronos_zeus Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	hi thnks for your quick answer. i don't have laptop with step 7 or any accessory to access the sinumerik. so i try to backup the files from the internal HD of sinumerik i found 5 folders : 1-archive 2-pieces programs 3-put into service 4-programms 5-subprograms pieces all this folders sontains the same files baut with a different size. i tried to backup allfiles in all folders ( every time it ask me to replace i choose relpace) one files (on each folders) cannot be backuped is " NCPLC.ARC" i have the password of constructor if i access with this password and backuped the 5 folders would the NCLC.ARC be buckuped or i have the make the backup differently? and what not to do to not erase my backup by a bad action? tnks every one.

Cronos_zeus Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Thinks for ur answer, first i applied the instruction S3 & S4 for initialising NC & PLC after that both the green led are "ON", after that i entzred the password SUNRISEand srart the backup i have 5 folders so i chose to access a folder named "archive" i selected the NCPLC.ARC (but there is a lot of file : gud kch hs vs ....) So backup of NCPLC.ARC started it goes perfectly at first but the contractended suddenly with a default : "IMPOSSIBLE TO RESET THE AP" May i missed something? For information i have a file NCPLC.ARC Best regards.

Do you have your backups by any chance in archive folder with NC archive and PLC archive seprate...check it....may be the backyo what your laoding have some errors or the other way try speaking to your machine manufacturer and ask for the NC & PLC archive backups and the Step7 backups..... Is their any way to perform a NCPLC reset in the same time? Another question when loading NCPLC.arc often it execute cn reset? Best regards.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello.... Could try loading all the files and check ????? when nc and plc archive backups are getting loaded it physically restarts that is not a problem. Once your all the backups are loaded you will find 2 green LED's and on Seven segement display 6 get dispalyed this indicates the healthy sign of NCU Regards, Prakash

But in the end the contract it cancelled with error ''IMPOSSIBLE TO RESET THE AP MEMORY'' I will invite the constructor RAFAMET to do it with about 3thousand euro ( you know how constructors are) Any way thinks for your effort guys and best regards.
