I fear this is a pro question.

A machine , made with D410-2 and two slaves in profinet (CU305), with firmware 4.3 has been succesfully installed and ran for almos 2.5 years from a customer.

Suddenly (still don't know if @ power up or during the machine's work) the alarm 20022, Category 5, Reason 3, additional infos 1 appeared.

Now at every power up of the machine this alarm pops out and it is impossible to reset it from the operator.

My question is : how is possible that a sorta of that alarm that regards the adaption of configuration can pop out after so much time of operativity ?

I wonder compare the topology online with the project as soon as the fault appear at first.

I guess it's an hardware fault causing this issue in my opinion
