Hello asd; OB 122 is being called repeatedly, probably because you are trying to reach an I/O module or an address in your PLC that is not available. OB122 is a diagnostic OB, called by the OS odf the PLC when it detects an event that is related to I/O Access. You will find a brief description of all OBs (including the diagnostic OBs) and their use in the following manual (and also in the online help of Step 7): System Software for S7-300/400 System and Standard Functions Volume 1 and Volume 2 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/44240604 1.28 I/O Access Error Organization Block (OB122) Description The operating system of the CPU calls OB122 whenever an error occurs while accessing data on a module. For example, if the CPU detects a read error when accessing data on an I/O module, the operating system calls OB122. One of the things you could do to get more details would be to click on the "Help on Event" button of the diagnostic buffer. If that does no help, look for an I/O module with addresses in the range of the declarations of OB122 (in the diagnostic buffer, probably each call you see should disp^lay another address, related to the first). Look for those in the hardware configuration. You could also post on the forum the messages of the diagnostic buffer, by using the "Save As.." button; this will send all the information in the buffer to a .txt file that you can attach to a post here Those of us with more experience in s7 PLCs could help you look for the source of the error. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
