I am using D410-2 as IO Device and 1515-2 PLC as Controller. I had configured the transfer areas in the TIA of D410 IO device. I am able to transfer data and IO variables from PLC to D410-2 device. I am able to receive signals and data in the Scout address list. I have accessed I/O variables directly in the MCC chart as Wait input and i could able to execute the program successfully. (I/O variables works only with wait input. If i use any system call function, error occurs). But when i use the I/O variables directly in Ladder program, no compile errors were found by couldn't change the mode to Run. Found in the diagnostic buffer error as "Error occurred while reading system or I/O Variable". I tried by reading _getinoutBye, _getsafevalue function and nothing work. Same Error. Is there anything i need to create indirect method in accessing the I/O variables of the PLC.

Please find attached pdf containing images for your reference. I have assigned D410-2 as IO device and 1515-2 PLC as Controller. Till the D410 goes to run mode, i see there is User data failure of D410 hardware component alarm in the PLC diagnostic buffer. 

With reference to the image, i have used _mc_Readactualposition block in the program. When i use 1 in the enable bool, i am able to clear all the error and able to execute the program. But when i use a predefined IO, i couldn;t go to run mode after download of the program. And then the alarm occurs "Error occured while reading system or I/O variables" in the D410 diagnostic buffer. How to use I/O  (PI XX.X, PID XXX and PQD) directly in the ladder program?

I had created a time delay in startup too. So change in the errors.

Also refer the  MCC program. I have used Wait for signal using I/O signals and no errors. The program is running well.

I tried with _getsafevalue command. But not able to compile. Is there any sample Lad/FBD program for selecting _getsafevalue block.

And _waitIO block is not available in Lad/FBD. 

I have transferred Lreal values like Home Position, Part Pick position of Linear drive unit from PLC to D410 by PID address. I transfer LReal value to contoller by converting into DW and assigning it to QD300 address.

In Simotion the transferred data i could monitor in the Address list. If i use PID 300 directly in _getsafevalue, i am getting compiling error.

Could you please explain me how to access IO PI300.0 and PQ300.1 and PID304 & PQD304 to be assigned?

I have used PIB300 to 303 (32 bits) signal transfer from PLC to D410. I hae assigned the Inpts and outputs in the Address list and i could see the status change in the Address monitoring when i transfer the signals. But i dont know how to access it in the program.

Same as bit function, i have used PID304 to PID 367 (16 DW) as Data input and PQD304 to PQD 367 as Data output for transferring speed, Position data transfer. 

Now please explain me how to access the bits and the Data in the program. As the position data is of LReal, i am converting LReal to DW in PLC and again DW to LReal in the D410 controller. Am i doing transferring the data in a correct procedure?

Please guide.

I had already created the address list with the symbols and assigned the PI & PO for the symbols. I am using the name in the program for which i am unable to change to run mode with "Error occurred while reading system or I/O variable".

Please find attached diagnostic buffer file. After adding and I/O in the MC reset function, the IO error occurred and i couldn't made to Run mode and then PLC goes to Error mode. I have attached the diagnostic buffer error of both PLC & D410 IO device. Also i have attached diagnostic buffer of both PLC & D410 after removing IO from MC reset function and changing to run mode. 

PLC is going to error state because of D410 device in error state.

Please guide me.
