Error of safety program during the compilation

Billing Posts: 32 Rating: (0)	Dear all, I now use S7 Distributed safety. My configuraton is IM151-7 F-CPU, F-DI 4/8, F-DO 4, TM54F, S120 fail-safe drive. During programming the fail-safe control, I create FC1001, FB1000, DB1000. But when I compile it, the compile error happened, which is below: Error during compilation (FB704). The message is below: Safety program compilation (320:94) Your rely is welcoome!
