Hello ronaldo7, did you have access to the folder where the pdf-docs shall be saved? There is a error description in the SIMATIC chapter 14.1.2.12 which could be a reason for your error message: SIMATIC Process Control System PCS 7 SIMATIC BATCH V8.2 Perhaps there is no access to the described templates or the access is denied. Hello, Yes I have access to the folder, because I can generate XML to that folder. I didn't delete the report template also.But I can't find file "standard_xxx_x.rdl" in my folder \SIEMENS\BATCH\RSTemplates. I attach the screenshot of my project setting and error message, hopefully you can help.

Hello ronaldo7, I think the reason of your error is that there are no templates in the folder for the PDF-creation of the report. If there are no templates, perhaps a reinstallation of SIMATIC BATCH can help or a manual copy of the templates in the folder "C:\Programs(x86)\SIEMENS\BATCH\Template" If there are some other template (not "standard"), try another template to verified that the process generally is applicable. You can also create your own report template, for that there are some application samples and FAQ, which show a way to create an own report template: How do you create and use a user-defined BATCH Report Template in PCS 7 SIMATIC BATCH?
