Et 200 isp configuration problem

Hello

I have cpu 414 3pn/dp connected to several remote io

Et200 isp with dp /rs 485 is coupler.

I connected the cables of profibuss and am pretty sure that the hardware connections is correct .. I have a bus fualt and external fualt in the cpu after trying to cofigure the et200 isp to the network . With massege in diagnostic buffer (i/o accsess error)while am not usonf any program block unitl now.

Am using step 7 5.5 sp4 

Is there any special  steps to configure a connection between the cpu and et200 isp? ? .

Because am trying to connect it like any remote i/o et200m . etc

Be aware that the intrinsic safe part of the bus must be correctly terminated.

Any solutions!? 

i solved the problem  , it was a problem of part number of analog input module  different from the actual configuration ,  after i changed to the correct part number the all configuration is ok
