Et200 isp bus fault

Four of them working proberly and three giving me bus fault I checked bus termination and all of them are shown when i make accessible nodes wich means the network is connected correctly. What makes the station to get bus fault. If any one have any idea to diagnose this please leave it in comment Waiting for urgent help

(HW Config -> Station menu -> "Open ONLINE") There you can also read diag info from modules (select module and press Ctrl+D). Also check order numbers of your ET's: any mistake may lead to "module mistype" fault.
