ET200S: moving an appliance cabinet

I am going to move an appliance cabinet in connection with rebuilding a machine line. To make it quick to move the appliance cabinet, I build a cabinet in parallel and insert new terminal modules and then I move profinet nodes, I / O modules and drives etc. from old to new appliance cabinet one night.
In connection with this, I want to change the location of some hardware in hw config.

1.Is there any problems with my relocating and replacing some modules between the existing nodes. So I do a new hw config and download. I will keep all programming as of today and only move physical placement on the modules.

2. Does it matter that some failsafe modules are involved?

Is it enough to copy and move and download a new hw config?
