Hi Cells in a datablock can be considered as 1- The read only cells in which, you only read the data. These are possibly the constant or some scientific coeficient which is used in calculation. They are initialized and the values be unchanged for a long time. 2-The other cells, the CPU can write in them and they may change simply after you downlad the project. It is always a matter of problem. In process with adaptive parameters or process with lots of modification of setpoints and controllers' parameters, it is recommended to update the finalized DB values after finishing commissioning or before downloading the raw and original program. This is an important fact "The machine or process stabilized by the Values of datablock inside the CPU".
