F-DI 8x24VDC HF module error

I recevie ifnormation as below and I don't know what is the reason of the problem. I think that I checked everything and now I don't have more idea how can I solve it. "Check the PROFIBUS DP/PROFINET IO connection and ensure that there are no external sources of interference. Check the F-monitoring time of the F-IO in the hardware and network editor." Rest of the mofules F-DI 8x24VDC HF are ok. Thanks for help.
