Faceplate Visible Bits

This is the situation: I have 80 same faceplates on a screen and 80 buttons which shows up the face plates of individual button. on the below of my faceplate I have a small button which makes my faceplate invisible, if i dont press this button and opens other faceplate still other faceplates are opend which is clear for me.

This is for second button: I call this script

So I tried to write a Vbscript IF smarttags("visible2") = True Then

Smartags("Visible3")= false

Smartags("Visible4")= false

Smartags("Visible5")= false

I set all other bits to false which is not agood way I feel

Any help regarding this whould be great.

which WinCC are you using (WinCC flexible, TIA-WinCC Adv, ...)?

When using e.g. latest version of WinCC Advanced or Comfort in TIA, it would be an option to use popup-screens (in screen management). Then it is not necessary to work with visibility-bits and only one of the popups is visible.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion, i tought pop would be solution but i started building appliaction with faceplates while i need to show arrow, showing details of particular box which I cant achieve by using popup. If Im not showing arrow for which box details Im showing it might be problem for operator. 

other problem with faceplates is like, I press a button and I show up popup and i press other button it gets close and second time i need to press which also makes operator at some point of time not good.

You want the popup to remain open when showing the next one? Then don't use popup-screens. But in my opinion operator might not be happy having the screen full of popup-screens - anytime he has to close them. If a lot of open popups are needed, you may re-think your design.

 in simulation I made the same experience, but on a panel it works.

1. Press button for popup A > popup A opens

2. Press button for popup B > popup A closes and popup B opens

As you didn't give any information yet (see my first post here or refer to what-do-we-need-to-solve-your-problem), we can only propose.
