I have error on analog module. 6ES7 331-7KF02-0AB0, input 4-5. SF lit.

here is diagnostic buffer. Is module dead? Thanks for any help.

sry, if you want help from Forum try send screenshots, files in English language. Sry, translating diagnostic buffer with Translator isn't good way in my opinion...

 You can change the operating language from French -> English. They you can get the diagnostics buffer in English.

you have enabled diagnostic interrupt, and in FB3 have 272 input channel?
