Faulty ET200M 6ES7 153-2BA10-0XB0

Dear experts, I looking forward for your help.

I have S7-400 H System consists of two 412-5 H PN/DP [6ES7 412-5HK06-0AB0 / V6.0] and 10 ET 200M IM 153-2 [6ES7 153-2BA02-0XB0] in order to connect more than 1700 IO Signals. I used to increase the number of IOs so I brought two ET 200M IM 153-2 [6ES7 153-2BA10-0XB0] since the previous model is already obsolete. I have a backplane bus modules [6ES7 195-7HB00-0XA0] to insert the new cards. I made the hardware configuration and I downloaded it to the CPU but unfortunately it’s giving me the (Module not available), or as attached below. Please help.
