FB41 CONT_C Integral Reset while in manual

We seem to be having a problem with the FB41 loop (we are using version 1.5 from the library)

When we switch the loop from manual to auto and the process variable is greater then the setpoint, we still see the corrective value swing between 50 and 0. The amplitude seems to get smaller over time. Integral component getting smaller?

I was unable to look at the PID data block at the time this occured. We do reset the PID loop COM_RST while the loop is in manual mode (Man_on).
Is it possible that the loop COM_RST has no effect when the PID loop is in manual mode?

Other pointers or tips would be appreciated.
