Hi, For a specific project the customer requested that we should use TIA Portal V17 which it only works on windows 10, so I must upgrade my SIMATIC Field PG M5 from windows 7 to windows 10. Hence, after the pg was upgraded so far everything is working fine with no issues except the network adapters and wifi drivers are not there. I have tried many solutions from the internet with no luck although i found on siemens forum that I should be inserting a CD called Manuals and Drivers that come with the PG, then I installed them where some setup gets interrupted for no reason (I believe the wifi or the network adapter). I can share screenshots if it is required from myside. Can any one advise on how to solve this issue for both network adapters and the wifi so the PG can connect to internet regardless if through a cable or WiFi to check if there is any windows update for the windows 10 and to proceed with my work. Also, if I go in the properties it says there is an error cod 57 please check the attached picture fyi. Please advise |

No I did not install any VPN software on the device, only the required drivers. |

I tried network reset then I have restarted my PG but still no luck. Also, network troubleshoot but still. |
