I assume your Measurement Box will generate 10 discrete signals because you say there are 10 different profiles for the flower boxes.
In that case, each signal can be used to trigger a Counter (or INT or DINT). So 10 discrete signals will have 10 different counters which in turn will be associated with the 10 Pushers.
You may need a sensor adjacent to the Pushers to “see” if the flower box has arrived for that particular Pusher.
Engage the Pusher whenever its sensor detects flower box & repeat it until the Pusher strokes are same in numbers as the associated counter (or decrement the value each time the Pusher is activated). If a counter has not recorded any increment then no need to activate that particular pusher even if its sensor has “seen” the flower box.
Not sure how much of this is actually relevant to you or if its feasible enough to be realized through software but this’s what I can offer with my little understanding which may be incorrect. I hope some one on the forum comes out with a better idea if he had worked on such a process. |

Hi nbk, I found another thread on the forum with the same issue. /tf/WW/en/Posts/44680 I think i'm not explaining well whatI need to program . Supose that the meassuring station is just a simple photocell. I must create a memory of how many times the pusher must be activated after a certain time. May be you can realize this with a "FiFo" or "Shift Reg" or "FOR LOOP"? Thanks in advance! @Nick |
