I have got the Library and Description of these blocks, but on going through the same, I feel that this may not be the best way of protecting the project from beinh copied. We do not want to hide our D7 sys program from the customer. We only want to prevent unauthorised duplication. There is a Library from Siemens Industry Group which uses MMC Serial Nos for protecting D7-sys programs fromunauthorised usage. I feel this is a bettermethod, however I have no Idea how to purchase this library ( It is probably for only SIEMENS Internal use ). Thanks miami for the guidance. Cheers Navnag |
