Hello, the following error is defined as follows: following error [LU] = position setpoint [LU] - position actual value [LU] LU = length unit The following error can be eliminated by optimization of the drive. (Position, speed and current controller.) There is an optimization guideline for this available: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/60593549 A big improvement, if you use SINAMICS FW 4.8 or more recent, is to activate the speed pre control p2534 = 100 %. Then the following error is zero during constant velocity. If you want to decrease the following error during acceleration / braking you need to set up the torque pre control also. |
