For what is the "disable of the safe mode" needed?

But for what do we need the "disable of  the safe mode"?

in the Step 7 we can do the changing and downloading in the Safety FC without going the PLC in stop mode if we disable the safe mode.

please if you have any answer for that?

 Disable safety mode = The safety functions of the PLC is disabled. After that, the PLC works like a normal PLC, without safety functions.
