G120 hardware limit

The G120 drives do have a HW limit switch function.

This operates without encoder, but with limit switch.

you have to connect the setpoint inversion p1113 to r3344.4 or r3344.5 depending on your initial setpoint direction.
With this you just have to trigger a another start command on p3340 (positive edge) to start movement in the opposite direction.

check out your setpoint direction and the connection of p1113.
Those settings have to be compatible to your assignment of your plus/minus limit switches.
Because you can`t run in positive direction if the positive limit switch is already triggered, this behavior is correct.

Using an example to make this more clear:
Using a fixed speed setpoint of 200 rpm and setpoint inversion (p1113) is connected to p3344.4 (plus limit switch reached).
On start the motor will start in positive direction due to the setpoint sign.
As soon as the plus limit switch is triggered the drives stops with OFF3.
Parameter p1113 is inverting the setpoint internally to -200 rpm due to the status of r3344.4.
With another start command on p3340 the drive will start running in negative direction, the plus limit switch is released.
As soon as the minus limit switch is triggered the drives stops with OFF3.
r3344.4 changes back to 0 again, so the setpoint will be 200 rpm again and you can start in positive direction again.

In case of a negative setpoint parameterized as fixed speed setpoint or  p1113 is connected to p3344.5 you can`t restart the system when reaching the first limit switch due to the “wrong” setpoint direction.
