G120 PM240 IP20 with CU240E - not able to connect from the starter software online

Onkar1985 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts, Please suggest me, we have G120 PM240 IP20 with CU240E, the drive in step 7 hardware configuration is showing healthy but the drive is not able to connect from the starter software online. and connection not Established error is showing. we checked the device version, profibus address and network configuration every parameters is ok. please find the attached picture of error. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from G120 VS G120P, PM240-2 VS PM240P-2, CU230P-2 VS CU240E-2.
