hello guys,

can anybody help me with the GSD file from title. I found only newer versions on the festo website.

I have a project with this this version and I need to install the version to see what settings are made to festo controller through profinet.

Search on the web sites of the manufacturer.

Or contact the manufacturer.

The previous post is the best answer.  However, you may find one of your other portal projects contains the required GSD in one of the project folders.  You can search your automation folder (recursing / searching all folders) for the specific GSD filename.

Hi radu83,

your TIA Portal project should contain the GSDML file. Have you tried to install it manually? To do this, select in the menu "Options ▸ Manage general station description files (GSD)". In the dialog box, you should see the GSD (and GSDML) files of your project. If not selected per default, you can select the path manually. It is inside your project path in the folder AdditionalFiles\GSD.
