Help correctly configuring a Pressure Sensor

What I did in the end was copy and paste your setup into my drawing, the input settings stayed the same I just needed to alter a few details.

I have it working on the simulation as I want it now, so thank you!

However, I did struggle to repeat how you made it.

Essentially, it would not let me configure the output from Analog Threshold Trigger - AX to be the input - P1 of the Analog MUX. Also it would not let me configure the output from the Analog MUX AQ to be the input to the Math Unstruction P1.

It would be great to know how you made that work. I did click the input and select connect with block but I don't see the blocks available to choose from, or if I they are they don't set up in the same way as your example.

My next issue is, I have it working on the physical machine, but the sensor is not changing the reading at all.... So I'm looking into the actual sensor itself now.

When copying function blocks, the references are not copied. The below link points to a FAQ from Siemens, as these references are created during 0BA8.

I upgraded the program yesterday, the sensor went from always reading 1 Bar to reading 0.004 Bar with a Analog Threshold Value of 2.

The vacuum pump would run for the entire motor on time.

I've attached the program, i think either I've chosen the wrong sort of sensor, or it's a bad sensor.

The sensor details are:

Make: Gems Sensors

Model: 3300R01B0G01B000

For 0-10V is this the right model: 3300 S 01B0 G 01 B 0 00

I got in touch with RS who confirmed that i have bought a Gauge sensor instead of an absolute sensor.

I now have ordered the following sensor:

GEMS Sesnor: 3300 B01B0A01B000

Reading: 0 - 1 Bar

Analogue output: 4 - 20mA

Supply Voltage: 24vdc

Type: Absolute

I now need to change the settings to work for a 4-20mA sensor, do i simply change the sensor input at the Analog Amplifier to 4-20mA?

The reason i left the output of the analog amplifer connected to B003 - Vent and B014-Vent was that i wanted to sustain a vacuum signal to the vacuum motor.

The process, once start has been activated, runs the motor tumbling and the vacuum motor until vacuum has been reached. But i expect the vacuum motor to turn back on when the pressure value increases due to small leaks. 

Should i still use the threshold block to do this or should i be using a different method?
