Help need for backup simadyn d

I'm looking for a solution to make a backup of Simadyn D EPROM (MS41) .

first i searching for STRUC L software but i can't found it ,when i ask abut this problem in support request in siemens site ,this part guide me to D7-SYS software. now i'm not sure.

can i use D7-sys to read program from MS41 ?

As far as I know all STRUC components are canceled.

You can read out (and program) the MS41 with a parallel prommer (with driver simadyn.sys in config.sys ) and the DOS utility program MSPP.

But I don't know if and where you can get this components today.

I think for the MSPP program there was a "online" help (-?) or a text file with the available commends.

I' not sure if D7-SYS supports the MS41. But I'm sure you can't read out any SIMADYN memory module. D7-SYS can only program SIMADYN memory modules, but not read. So D7-SYS is not an option!

It's more than 10 years ago, I used it.

I always had the parallel programmer and the driver simadyn.sys.

In Melcopy you have to select which slot you use (source drive).

The attribute memory is the EEPROM and the common memory is  the EPROM or flash
I don't remember what to enter for offset and size, maybe it's read out when the memory module is plugged in.

With Melcopy you should be able to read out and copy the physical module(s) .

When you rename the files (But I don't know the required file names) it may be possible to use RCOP and get the STRUC source code back.
