As far as I know, Siemens do not provide any official ways and guides for replacing RAM module of OP7 HMI panels. All I can suggest is fill support request or consult your local representative. Or usethis linkfor Siemens Repare/Spare parts service/ @moderator, can you please move topic to appropriate conference?

Regards Hello, You have the original project? if so, better to make the migration from OP7 to OP77, when it continues to repeatRAM Memory failurethe panel has a problem, you have to get it repaired at a service center Siemens (follow our friend olloy), I do not know if it is still possible, it is very old.

Is there really no way we can find a spare part for this module? 6AV3607-1JC20-0AX2 OPERATOR PANEL OP7/DP We are already planning for a migration toa newer version but it will take more time before it can be implemented. We hope we can find a replacement just for a short term solution. Thank you!
