HMI Smart 700ie with Wincc flex 2008 sp3

I have HMI Smart 700ie

A install Wincc flex 2008 sp3 with Prosave v9.0.3.0 and in Prosave/General/Device Type only Smart 700 but don't have Smart 700ie.

I don't connect HMI with PC. I can't backup software. What do i need?

Please help me backup

Unless you live in India or China...you don't get to.

This is a product that was only supposed to be released to India and China.  If you do not live in these areas, your PLC is considered gray market (Siemens terms say it is not allowed to be exported).

Which screws a TON of customers.

If you do live in India or China, contact your local Siemens rep for this software.

When we have run into this situation, Siemens refused to sell us the software in the USA to access either the SMART PLC or the SMART HMI.
