Homing malfunction in sinamics V90 with s71200

Iam using s71200 with Sinamics V90 drive for X-axis movement. Technology object(X-axis) is used.

Last 3years machine is running fine. In recent days home position is working erotically, especially during power failure(switch off and switch on) and the position value at last position became zero during power on. Encoder is an absolute type.

In normal condition:

If i move axis at LH side(+value) in manual mode and i press home button, axis will move at RH side, hit home limit and stop(value in HMI is 0).

If i move axis at RH side in manual mode and i press home button, axis will move at RH side, activate another RH limit and move to LH side and hit home limit and stop(value in HMI is 0)

Except homing, rest of the operation are normal.

But in recent days it not happening. Kindly help me in sorting this issue.
