How can I send to SIEMENS the IDENT_CODE + the license no.?

How can I send to SIEMENS the IDENT_CODE + the license no. from the box in order to  then get the REG_KEY for the S7-OPENMODBUS/TCP PN CPU?

I have brought the library disk, currently I have no access to this at the moment. I was hoping the registration form would be also in the demo version available on this site.
