I am sure that, as Vice President-Technical Support & Robotics for Siemens in Munich, you have direct contacts with the email support hierarchy and can decide yourself what action must be taken for a delayed reaction to a valuable customer's request.

Please inform us on the decision you will implement so we can refer to it whenever such an event presents itself at a later date.
