Hello sam2014, Your post seems like, You are having two different projects. One is for S7-400 and the other is for S7-300. So, The S7-400 project already has Server and operator station configuration. You wanted to prepare OS station for S7-300 as of my understanding, My question is Which platform did you use to develop the code for S7-300? If it is also a PCS7, Then it is easy. In case of PCS7, I suggest, You create an "Multi project" and and Combine your two different AS project inside of it. And, Add the same WinCC project as different single user project into it. If you have already added that WinCC and S7-400 stations as Single user project, you may distribute it. Create a Signle user project for Each AS and one for OS. And, Configure you NetPro Connections accordingly, WinCC screens and tags for both the controller can be managed in single OS station. You don't need to go for two different OS stations. If the S7-300 Project is not in PCS7, you go for stand alone single WinCC Project with the type of configuration you want. Create two AS connections and maintain the control of two AS project in single PC. Otherwise, AS to AS communication possibility also there. If your control tags are less, You can share it with S7-400 and can control via that (Bulk data Exchange). |

The part that I want to integrate it into my existing project (server / PSC7 / S7-400) is currently managed by an S7-300 I want to remove this S7-300 and replace it with an ET200M and program it with PCS7 from a part and on the other hand I want to create an operator station for the control command. My problem is that my server (server + engineer + operator) is configured as a single station. I reconfigured it as a multi-station and reintegrated my new operator station again, made the necessary configuration affect the server compile everything is fine until then but when loading I get this message: Access to the RT station impossible. knowing that I can ping it. see photo attached. Best regards |
