How to calibrate the module?

1. Check the communication between the PLC and the WP231 module:

At first, we have to check, if the communication between the PLC and the WP231 module is ok.

Therefore check the structure “s_FB_STATUS”, please.

In the structure “s_FB_STATUS” all flags has to be false.

QUESTION:

Are all flags false in your PLC?

2. Calibrate the WP231 module:

a) Set your calibration weight in the DR03:

b) Switch on the Service mode:

Write in the structure “s_CMD1”.

- CODE = “1”

- TRIGGER = “1”

c) Control the command execution:

QUESTION:

Do you receive the “FinishedOK” flag or the “FinishedError” flag?

d)Send the DR03 to the WP231 module:

Write in the structure “s_CMD1”.

- CODE = “4003”

- TRIGGER = “1”

e) Control the command execution:

QUESTION:

Do you receive the “FinishedOK” flag or the “FinishedError” flag?

f) Execue the calibration-command “60”, when thescale is empty:

Write in the structure “s_CMD1”.

- CODE = “60”

- TRIGGER = “1”

g) Control the command execution:

h) Execue the calibration-command “61”, when thecalibration weight is on the scale:

Write in the structure “s_CMD1”.

j) Switch off the Service mode:

Write in the structure “s_CMD1”.
