kavelj22 Posts: 30 Rating: (2)	hi...i need an idea how to solve this problem: i have ERROR_DB to store numbers of inverters errors. Numbers of errors are comming directly from inverters block. Now i want another PREVIOUS_DB to store inside previous errors. So when i get new error i want to store the previous one in the PREVIOUS_DB and the new one in ERROR_DB. There is arround 100 inverters! Can you give me some idea how to go for it! Thanx very much !

kavelj22 Posts: 30 Rating: (2)	hi... finaly i am able to do this... i did two any pointers; one for source (EROR_DB) DB and one for destination (PREVIOUS_ERROR_ DB) DB and then i use SFC20 and its working! but want i want to do is something else. i want to copy source only if i have a new value inside. so means if the source is unchanged i do nothing. so i guess i would have to save my source somewhere and compare new and old source every cycle. If the source is changed i copy old source "ERROR_DB to "PREVIOUS_ERROR_DB" ! Any suggestions...

kavelj22 Posts: 30 Rating: (2)	So i had a question how to copy one DB to another. The idea is like this. I need to send current and last alarm of freq. inv. to SCADA/OP. Because i have a lot of freq. inv. i did not want to send each inv. separately. I wanted to use pointers to copy DB to DB data directly. So here is the solution to my problem. I was tolkd that the use of AR2 is not so good coz it is used by the system for multiple instance use in FBs.
