Hello everyone ! Please help me to understand this issue with discrete alarms on HMI. In my HMI (TP 177B 6'' color PN/DP) one fault is 'Thermo Switch Motor' is triggered which causes machine to stop so we reset the machine from push button and just restart, it works fine always. But when i try to see which bit is raising this fault from ladder logic i couldn't find because it is not coming directly in simple logic(at least for me its not simple). Here i am attaching one pic of the HMI discrete alarms along with the trigger address DB7.DBX101.2. When i searched this trigger address in ladder logic i couldn't find it. So i checked DBB101 whcich was written in STL but its not converting to ladder. I have attached picture of both HMI and the DB101 logic. After this it is a dead end for me. In other machines i have checked faults several times which were originating from individuals bits simply but this one is not so simple(atleast for me ) So, how can i find the exact bit from where this alarm is triggered ?
