How to get exact voltage from PLC

Hello, guys. I need your help. 

I have a sewing machine with its own Efka controller, a motor and an analog foot actuator - a Hall

sensor (you press the foot pedal and the sewing speed increases, 3V comes to the controller, if the

speed is 0, if you continue  press the pedal - the voltage  slowly drops). I don't need a foot actuator, I

want to select 2-3 speeds and implement it with switches and buttons on the panel using a plc. 

      So, the question is: is it possible to get  exact voltage level (for example 2.6V)  from PLC to send it

to sewing machine controller input?

Could I program the PLC in such a way that I will put a 3-position switch at the digital input of the PLC, and at the analog output I want to get a voltage of 3V and below, depending on the switch position?

For example, 1st position- 2.6 V, 2nd position - 2 V, 3rd position - 1.5 V.

 What you want can be done. Just as is.

In your shoes I would however condition the analog output (variable from -10V to 10V) to be transformed to be closer to the range needed. First only the 0V to 10V part is used. Then next that analog feeds into an opamp circuit.
