How to order configured IPC647E

Is there a unique identifier to order the same configured IPC, and where do we find that code? We have a serial number that starts with Mxxxxxxx (7 numbers), is that enough to order it from Siemens?

drStrangelove Member Joined: 3/8/2022 Last visit: 11/6/2024 Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	ChristophD is physical on the ipc the type plate with MLFB serial number etc. Hmm ok, so only physical...But is it on the top or bottom side of the IPC? We have some other rack PCs installed on top of it and I think it will be difficult to get it out right now while it's running to check the type plate. But if the type plate is underneath it, it might be easier to get out.
