I am using FM350-2 , 6ES7 350-2AH00-OAE0 with CPU315-2DP. I read your all manuals and configured as per your configuration package CD. copied FC2 and UDT1 and created DB. Channels 0 to 7 as single counter. The problem is, i can read 4 encoders readings using Channels from 0 to 4 OK. But i cant read other 4 encoders using channels from 3 to 7. Now i cant use all 8 channels in your modules. only 4 channels are working. Also i cant read the "actual encoder values" in DB address 148 to 208. Only the reading possible in DB address 44 to 50 "Check back signals user stat word." I follow all as per your documents. SIEMENS WASTING OUR TIME. CONFUSING TOO MUCH. Can any body send solution or project sample file for using 8 encoders in this FM350-2 , 6ES7 350-2AH00-OAE0. Thank you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi
Please send more details about hardware wirings, configuration parameters and related software using fm blocks, sending online state of db counter also may be helpful. This how users can give you more effective guide. What's sensor types, operating modes, software gates status,... for example. In Sample program for FM 350-2thread you will find some example using six channel, ididnt test it but hope help you. Regards |
