amd21k Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi there, is it just me or the software?? I have read problems with the updating of the hsp's in the TIA Portal, but not solution.I was just wondered if anyone can help me. Basically I am using Step 7 V11 update 5, and when I want to install any HSP says that I have to close all the instances. I have nothing open. Thank you in advance.

amd21k Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi there, thank you for being interested, I have tried, HSP0009 and HSP0011, with the same result. Is says that I have to close first all the instances. I get the pop up window, but the continue button is disable. what can I do? cheers.

I understand that you block at Step number 7: close all windows except the update window. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier

Closing all "instances" means to close the one you used to start the HSP update process. Close TIA Portal, not just the project. Then the continue button will activate (after a short pause).

I cannot get the "Continue" button to activate. I have no project open and the I close the HSP update screen but still no activation of the Continue button.

Can you post a screenshot of this situation? When all running portal programs are closed completely, I think it should activate the continue button.
