Hello, You can use the scale unscale funtions in the 200 to send a proper signal through profibus. How can you scale analog values with S7-200 in conjunction with CPU224XP and expansion modules EM 231, EM 232 and EM 235? Regards, Marcjan |

so, subtract 20% from input value and it's ok! |

Hello, It's not that easy because we don't know what's programmed in the 200 first, you can not read the 200 analog inputs directly by profibus you only have acces to words that need to be programmed in the 200 and the 300/400 I have attached how that works for review. The 200 works with 0 to 32000 units for analog i/o, that's problem number 2. Best option would be to change the 200 program but because of password protection that is not an option. you have to monitor the signals carefully and make your own scaling to get it right, if it's linear no problem.
