I have seen cases in which this error appeared without it installed and it could be a problem of the project. Best regards!

If you only run the HMi Runtime then you do not need this setting. -> disable the use of S7Rtm in your PC-Station settings or in the settings of the IPC in your TIA Project. Then you can just load the HMI RUntime without loading the PC Station. (its much easier and leeds to much less errors). But if you need a PC station configuration and S7Rtm (OPC Server or special Simatic Net components or softPLC) then you have to do what the error tells you Bye Murof
