IGBT error of inverter GH180

Zoro74 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello all, I have a Sinamics perfect harmony GH180, recently it has an error regarding IGBT at cell A5, error code is IGBT OOS 1, F001. I have read manual of this, it explain the reason of error is "The junction transistor is depleted of charge carriers results in a higher junction resistance", Please help me solve this problem.
