Install step 7 basic v11; blue screen

Jan-Willem Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	On my HP laptop probook 6560bI have two windows partitions: windows7 and windows xp I've installed step 7 basic v11 SP1 on windows xp and this works ok. I've tried to install it also on windows 7 but I get a blue screen after first reboot afterinstallation of the tia portal software. I've read some issues about the hp keyboard driver and virus software. I've tried installation with virusscanner disabled (avast). I've tried with deinstallation of the keyboard driver but still the same problem. Luckely I can restore my windows 7 partition with recovery. The error is BCCode:1000007e Typicall is that my collegue has got the same laptop and there it's working ok on windows 7 ! Anybody has got the same problems? Now I want to install the update to V12. I ordered the update version but I think I better order the complete V12 version if I want to install it on windows 7. Or will V12 the complete version give the same problems....
