Interrupts

I would like to help but unfortunately I cannot access images stored like you have done.

You can add images to your posts.  If you have 6 images to post, you can post 6 times with one image per post, and the description of the problem in just the first one.

I cannot see the hardware configuration causing these 4 blocks of logic to be called.

It does however look like a lot of logic to run inside an interrupt OB for an encoder.

Do you know how fast the high speed counter is counting, or the pulses per second from the encoder connected to the PLC's HSC input?

Did you look in your diagnostics buffer to see if your OB calls are getting dropped because they are taking too long?

I have one problem and i cant resolve it,

I measuring lenght od wood,

i need first cut and other cut are which i choose for example 600 mm 

My problem is , when wood go first cut make interrupt but other dont,

Interupt was in same block ob41 an I have measuring in same block logic are diferent

Can someone help me whay interrupt dont activate when finish first cut ?

With high speed counters, you can configure the HSC hardware to trigger and run an interrupt OB when the count reaches a certain value.

When you record the position of the encoder when it is ready to start a cut, calculate the encoder count value when it completes the cut, or needs to start the next one (or both). 

Once the # of counts is calculated, control the hsc using the control_hsc instruction reset the to count, and adjust the reference value to the new calculated counts.  Now it is ready to interrupt again that many counts later.

So to rephrase it..

Start motion.  Right when starting a measurement, reset the encoder to 0, calculate the counts before it should stop measurement (length of the cut in encoder pulses), and send count reset and new reference value to HSC.

Keep doing that for each measurement.  0 HSC, calculate and set reference.  When reference is reached, stop measuring and get ready for next measurement.

Do you know that %MD2120 does not change after the first trigger of OB41?

Is %M0.1 reset to false somewhere?

To what is OB41 connected to?

Is OB41 called "Interrupt enkoder 2"?

How many networks does OB41 have?

Is %M2000.4 used to trigger the movement?

Do you know that field-read instruction is not used anymore?
