IPC 647D BIOS downgrade

I have an IPC 647D with BIOS version V19.01.14 which I need to downgrade to version V19.01.04 to replicate customer environment in relation to fault replication.

V19.01.04 is not available on the support web site.

Could anyone point me in the direction of a downgrade procedure and the relevant downloads needed to carry out this downgrade?

to downgrade the BIOS of IPC647D from a version later than V19.01.10 to a version prior to V19.01.10, you need to perform an intermediate update with the Test-BIOS T1901100DWN.

This BIOS version allows you to "update" (downgrade) to former BIOS versions.

To receive BIOS version V19.01.04, you should get in contact with Siemens support and request this BIOS version from https://www.siemens.com/supportrequest/.
