IPC WES7 configuration

Dear experts,

Hardware:

- non siemens IPC with Windows 7 Embedded OS

- SIemens IFP1900

Problem:

WES7 installation is delivered with PC and it looks it has problems to work correctly with touch panels. It was necessary to manually install ‘tablet package cab’ to get touch screen working. However it is showing the pointer and it is changing focus on WinCC Advanced RT objects. After adding siemens IFP driver the pointer started flickering between ‘arrow’ and ‘busy’ what makes the behavior even worse.

What is the right way to install WES7 packages?

What can be the reason it is not working right?

What siemens adds to the WES7 preinstalled IPC?

In past there was no problem with siemens IPC and non siemens Touch screens.
